RETURNS

Of course, all CORIOLISS products are created to the highest standards and are rigorously tested before they are released. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other CORIOLISS product, we will make sure that the whole process is as simple and quick as possible.

 

LOGIN TO YOUR CORIOLISS CUSTOMER AREA

If your Corioliss product is within 14 days of your order, you can activate the return.

If the product is defective, after the return request, we will send you a return label by email.

 

PREPARING THE PACKAGE

Place your moulder/product in secure packaging. The original packaging and its contents are not necessary.

In the package you should also include:

A copy of your proof of purchase * Original documentation will be destroyed and will not be returned.

The printed return form.

Affix the pre-paid postage label to the outside of the package.

 

SENDING THE PACKAGE

We strongly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to track your parcel.

The parcel must be sent to the address shown on the pre-paid label produced at the end of the return form process.

 

UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returns.
